Industrial-scale cultivation of water lentils to produce a high‑protein (≈45%) plant ingredient that requires no arable land and rapidly doubles biomass. Aims to improve food security and reduce climate impact by enabling regional production in suitable African climates, creating jobs and supporting smallholder farmers.
