HDL-mimicking drug-delivery platform that shuttles chemotherapies into cancer cells to protect healthy tissue and dramatically reduce treatment side effects for patients receiving chemotherapy. Lead candidate combines the PALM platform with paclitaxel for multiple solid tumors (breast, ovarian, lung, prostate, pancreatic) and has shown marked side-effect reduction in animal studies.
