Designs, finances, constructs and maintains the Highway 427 expansion in Ontario, adding a 6.6 km extension, 4 km widening, three interchanges and median High-Occupancy Toll (HOT) lanes. Increases traffic capacity and reduces congestion for commuters and freight while improving access to the CPR Vaughan Intermodal Facility.
