Modified extracellular vesicle (mEV) immunotherapy that activates tumor-specific T cell costimulation to enhance antigen-specific T cell infiltration and synergize with immune checkpoint inhibitors for advanced-stage metastatic colorectal cancer patients. Also functions as a cancer vaccine to control minimal residual disease and has shown significant survival benefit in preclinical late-stage disease models.
